We are seeking a professional and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in our spa facility. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will ensure our guests have a memorable and rejuvenating experience.

·  Warmly greet and register guests, ensuring a smooth check-in process
·  Manage spa appointments and bookings efficiently using our spa management software
·  Provide comprehensive information about our spa services, treatments, and packages
·  Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
·  Process payments accurately and maintain detailed financial records
·  Assist in organizing and promoting special events and seasonal promotions
·  Ensure guest safety and comfort by adhering to all spa policies and procedures
·  Collaborate effectively with spa therapists and other staff members to deliver exceptional service
·  Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
·  Manage inventory of spa products and retail items
·  Uphold the highest standards of customer service, consistently exceeding guest expectations

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
·  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
·  Proficiency in spa management software and basic computer skills
·  Knowledge of spa treatments and services
·  First Aid certification preferred
·  Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
·  High level of responsibility and reliability
·  Ability to focus on guest needs while maintaining a courteous and empathetic demeanor
·  Fluency in English required; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus
·  Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
