Job Description

Bonjour! Step into a world of refined wellness and elevated guest experiences as our Spa Reception Coordinator . In this pivotal role, you will be the heart of the spa journey curating seamless arrivals, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects sophistication, warmth, and care. With an impeccable sense of presentation and professionalism, you will embody the essence of luxury while creating a welcoming and tranquil environment for every guest.

You will play a key role in orchestrating the daily flow of the spa, balancing reception and reservations while maximising revenue opportunities and nurturing lasting guest relationships. From hosting VIPs and media to maintaining accurate guest profiles and preferences, your attention to detail will ensure each visit feels personalised and memorable. You will confidently uphold standards, resolve concerns with grace, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

With a strong commercial mindset, you will monitor spa performance, support incentive calculations, and ensure retail spaces are beautifully presented and thoughtfully stocked. Your organisational skills will extend to overseeing bookings systems, stock control, and financial accuracy, ensuring all procedures from billing to end-of-day reconciliation are executed with precision. Your proactive approach will help identify improvements, elevate efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the spa.

With a passion for wellness, you will continuously build your knowledge of treatments and offerings, ensuring the team is informed and confident. By working closely with other departments, you will help deliver a truly seamless and personalised guest journey, where every detail is thoughtfully considered and beautifully executed.

Qualifications

About You

You are polished, professional, and experienced within a luxury five-star spa environment, with a strong understanding of treatments and guest expectations. Impeccably presented and articulate, you build genuine connections with ease, confidently engaging with high-profile clientele to deliver a warm, personalised experience.

A natural leader and team player, you inspire those around you to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a calm, guest-focused approach. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for wellness, you ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury and care.

Commercially minded and highly organised, you are confident using spa booking systems and driving revenue through treatments and retail. Educated to college or degree level, with beauty or massage qualifications an advantage, you are committed to continuous growth and delivering an elevated spa experience at every touchpoint.

Flexible and reliable, you are available to work at least one weekend day and adapt to a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. And, you hold full Australian working rights, allowing you to work without restriction.
