Job Description

Spa Attendant

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a relaxing and luxurious spa experience. This role plays a key part in upholding the spa’s high standards of hygiene and service.

What you will be doing:

·  Ensure the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, lounges, and changing areas, are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked.
·  Greet and assist guests, providing towels, robes, and other amenities as needed.
·  Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
·  Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
·  Maintain the spa’s ambiance by monitoring lighting, music, and overall presentation.
·  Assist therapists and other spa team as required.
·  Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service.
·  Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications

·  High school diploma or equivalent.
·  Previous experience as a spa attendant or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
·  Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
·  Excellent customer service and communication skills.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
·  Basic knowledge of spa services and facilities.
