Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales & Stock

·  Ensure all shops’ sales operation is properly carried out.
·  Ensure that the inventory control system is adhered to and maintained.
·  Monitor stock situation and take necessary corrective actions.
·  Monitor and review the effectiveness of the shop's presentation.
·  Investigate all stock discrepancies.

Customer Service

·  Ensure all guests are well attended to.
·  Handle all guests related issues factually.
·  Analyze guests’ feedback/complaints and suggestions to prevent reoccurrence or make recommendations for improvement.
·  Ensure that our image and standard of service is consistently abided by.

Staff

·  Orientated new staff and develop and implement training programs to upgrade the staff.
·  Handle all staff issues- e.g duty rosters annual leaves guidelines etc.
·  Train staff in sales techniques product knowledge and customer service.
·  Supervise and motivate staff to maximize sales and to promote personal growth.
·  Counsel and discipline staff when necessary.

Qualifications

·  Excellent verbal communication skills.
·  Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
·  Thorough understanding of stores procedures and policies.
·  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
·  Ability to keep accurate records.
