Job Description

As Senior Sales Leader you will have the chance to craft this role to be your own with the support of reporting into the General Manager.

Responsibilities: 

·  Develop, grow, sustain, maximize and yield business across the MICE segment
·  Drive proactive sales activities for the hotel
·  As Department Head, lead and manage the sales and events team
·  Develop and foster strong working relationships with key corporate clients and PCO’s.
·  Work collaboratively with  all stakeholders to maximize relationships and revenues

Qualifications

·  You are MICE superstar with  experience in a minimum of 2 years in a hotel sales capacity
·  Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and PCO’s
·  Identifying new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive sales activities
·  Being results driven and have demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
·  All Australian working rights.
