Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

·  Supervise a team of Security Officers and Controllers, ensuring adherence to procedures, policies and legal requirements including the Data Protection Act and Health and Safety at Work Act
·  Provide operational support and act as a point of contact after hours as needed, taking the lead during incidents and ensuring effective management and escalation of emergencies
·  Respond to incidents in back-of-house areas and manage alarm activations effectively 
·  Ensure effective execution of duties such as patrols, CCTV monitoring and emergency response
·  Immediately inform emergency services during major incidents, contact relevant managements representatives, and take necessary actions per assignment instructions 
·  Coordinate daily post rotations, including task assignments and breaks. Conduct regular visits to posts to monitor performance and welfare
·  Plan and deliver activities and services to specified standards to meet expectations
