Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the security team, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, visitors, and company assets. The role involves supervising security officers, coordinating patrols, enforcing security policies, and responding to emergencies.

·  Oversee the activities of security personnel, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
·  Assign daily tasks and monitor performance of security officers on shifts.
·  Conduct regular briefings and training to maintain a high level of readiness among the security team.
·  Ensure adherence to company security policies, safety regulations, and protocols.
·  Lead and coordinate response efforts in emergency situations (e.g., fire, medical, or evacuation emergencies).
·  Maintain clear communication with other departments and management regarding security concerns.

Qualifications

 

·  High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field (preferred).
·  Proven experience as a Security Officer with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
·  Strong leadership and team management skills.
·  Excellent observational and problem-solving abilities.
·  Ability to remain calm and lead effectively in high-pressure situations.
·  Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
