Job Description

We're looking for a vigilant and professional Security Officer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and valuable assets. As a Security Officer, you'll combine your analytical mindset with decisive action to prevent security incidents and respond effectively to any disturbances. We're seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of remaining calm under pressure while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

·  Patrol designated areas systematically to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, ensuring the security of doors, windows, gates, and other access points
·  Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other personnel to guard against theft and maintain premises security
·  Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances with professionalism and sound judgment
·  Write detailed and accurate incident reports and maintain comprehensive daily activity logs
·  Operate and monitor surveillance cameras and other security equipment with proficiency and attention to detail
·  Perform access control procedures and conduct security screening of personnel and vehicles as required
·  Escort or drive motor vehicles to transport individuals to specified locations and provide personal protection when necessary
·  Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement agencies and security personnel when circumstances require
·  Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental standards
·  Demonstrate exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from employees and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
·  Stay current with security protocols, industry best practices, and Qatar-specific security regulations

Qualifications

·  High school diploma or equivalent qualification
·  Valid security guard license recognized in Qatar
·  Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in security operations
·  First Aid and CPR certification (current and valid)
·  Excellent physical fitness and stamina to perform duties effectively
·  Proficiency in surveillance and monitoring techniques
·  Strong knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols
·  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
·  Proven ability in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
·  Competent in report writing and basic computer skills
·  Comprehensive knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security operations in Qatar
·  Familiarity with security protocols and industry best practices
·  Ability to remain calm, composed, and make sound decisions under pressure
·  Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
·  Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred
·  Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment
·  Valid work permit or visa eligibility for employment in Qatar
·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
·  Resilience and adaptability in dynamic security environments
