Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary : The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in the success of a hotel's sales and marketing efforts. This position involves supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets by effectively coordinating and managing sales activities, while ensuring the delivery of excellent guest service.  

 

Primary Duties: Assist Sales, Catering, and Conference Services Managers with answering phone calls, taking inquiries, processing group turnovers, creating banquet event orders, creating Group/Catering proposals & contracts, and providing service assistance for in-house events.  Provide assistance to the Marketing Manager in setting up and servicing photoshoots, influencer/media events; and assisting with various sales/marketing collateral creation, projects, etc.

Secondary Duties : Assist Sales & Catering Managers with various tasks when managers are out of office, ie: phone calls, email correspondence, site inspections, proposals, etc.

Qualifications

2+ years of hotel/hospitality sales/marketing experience, Delphi experience preferred, Opera experience is a plus, Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Suite.

Pay:  $32.50 per hour
