Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and target potential corporate clients and key accounts to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts and decision-makers.
· Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
· Manage and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise with corporate clients.
· Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to corporate clients.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to secure bookings and maximize revenue.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns and offers for corporate clients.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets and goals.
· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for review by senior management.
· Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
· Work closely with other hotel departments, including operations and revenue management, to ensure seamless execution of corporate bookings and events.
· Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of overall sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a sales role within the hotel industry, with a focus on corporate sales.
· Strong understanding of corporate client needs and industry trends.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
