We are looking for our next  Full-Time Sales Manager  to join the ibis Styles team.

Job Description

Reporting directly to our General Manager, the primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager include:

·  Overseeing and managing the sales, catering and marketing functions of the Hotel
·  Focusing on maximising meeting and events revenue
·  Responsibility for proactive sales and lead generation
·  In collaboration with the Revenue Manager, developing comprehensive strategies aimed at maximising REVPAR
·  Develop and execute sales plans using innovative promotional campaigns and focusing on local partnerships
·  Drive new business acquisition and implement cross selling strategies
·  Leadership of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

·  Previous Sales and Marketing experience- preferably in a hotel environment
·  Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people
·  Entrepreneurial sprit with drive, ambition and a high level of energy
·  Demonstrated business and sales acumen
·  A care for your fellow Heartists
·  A desire to have fun at work!
·  FULL Australian Working Rights - this role is not available for sponsorship
