Job Description
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials.
· Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
· Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the hotel.
· Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
· Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel and generate leads.
· Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Cloud is an advantage.
· Flexibility to travel as needed.
