Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive (APAC) to join our dynamic team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our organisation's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
· Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
· Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including activity updates and market analyses
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our organisation
· Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in sales techniques
· Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing materials
· Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications
· Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Events Management, or a related field
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar sales capacity
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
· Knowledge of the local market and business landscape in Phu Quoc, Vietnam
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Service-oriented approach with keen attention to detail
· Self-motivated with high energy levels and a positive attitude
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
· Flexibility to travel and attend events as required
