Job Description

·  Elevate our brand’s presence, drive sales leads, and increase conversions 
·  Respond promptly to group booking inquiries via email or phone during shifts, ensuring immediate communication
·  Cultivate high-value client relationships with your proactive sales strategies 
·  Maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events
·  Meet and exceed individual KPI's as well as contributing to the KPI's of the team
·  Liaise closely with the Sofitel and Accor Sales and Marketing Teams to ensure the implementation of the sales plan 
·  Conduct Sales inspections and familiarisations to create awareness of the Hotel’s product and maximise potential future revenue 
·  Seamlessly coordinate and relay event details and feedback across departments to drive outstanding results and ensure success

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role: 

·  Previous experience within a Sales environment, within the luxury hotel industry advantageous
·  High emotional intelligence and a true luxury attitude
·  Demonstrated high level of client relationship management skills
·  Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 
·  Ability to identify and achieve up-selling opportunities 
·  Exceptional written and verbal communication 
·  Strong knowledge of event management software, Opera Cloud, Microsoft Suite
·  Strong time management and organisational skills
