Job Description

Accor is looking for a "Sales Agent" for the Novotel City Las Ventas who through their passion, motivation and commitment, will sell and promote memorable experiences to the clientele of the hotel and the hotel's restaurant "Insólito".

The main mission of this position is the development of strong relationships and the creation of new clients, thereby increasing the hotel's sales in the area of Food & Beverage, events and catering.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Define the hotel's annual "F&B Insólito" commercial action plan.
·  Prospecting and attracting new clients with the ultimate goal of increasing the hotel's sales in the area of catering and events. 
·  Promotion of all the hotel's catering services by making face-to-face visits to companies and through digital means. 
·  Commercial visits to loyal customers and the restaurant's area of influence.
·  Database maintenance and planning.
·  Definition and monitoring of the commercial action plan (together with the communication agency).
·  Increasing sales in Events and catering services:
·  Quotation and confirmation of sales of Insólito, events and banquets.
·  External customers
·  Companies (breakfasts, lunches, dinners, menu of the day)
·  Family (anniversaries)
·  Leisure, afterworks, etc.
·  Festive celebrations (Father's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc...).
·  Campaign weddings, baptisms and communions.
·  Management of reservations for more than 12 people (lunches, dinners and breakfasts).
·  Create additional sales channels in Insólito in addition to the existing business.
·  Follow-up of Insólito results and definition of Upselling actions.
·  Search for sales opportunities
·  Competitor analysis
·  Launching of promotions

EDUCATION / PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

·  Degree or Vocational Training in Tourism, Hotel Management or Marketing
·  Client portfolio
·  Knowledge of protocol
·  Fluency in Spanish and English (High Level or Bilingual)
·  Driving license and own vehicle
