Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.

Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff to provide outstanding guest experiences.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

· 
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.

· 
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, manage costs, and improve profitability.

· 
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.

· 
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· 
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to curate seasonal menus and maintain authentic Italian flavors.

· 
Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and special event planning.

· 
Analyze financial reports, track key performance metrics, and optimize operations.

· 
Foster a welcoming and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

· 
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.

· 
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and dining culture.

· 
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.

· 
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
