YOUR TYPICAL DAY AT WILL LOOK LIKE THIS…
Assisting the F&B Manager to ensure a high level of quality for the restaurant and pizzeria. You will create a relationship with the guests throughout their stay by coming up with a solution to all their needs & gaining their loyalty. You will look after your team and support them by facilitating their development and by helping to bring the best out of them. You will participate in various operations tasks where required and oversee the good application of those procedures.
To lead by example and motivate the team in order to provide ultimate customer service experience to hotel guests;
To ensure sufficient recruitment, motivation and development of the Restaurant team;
To optimise departmental top line;
To maintain and build on high product and service standards.
To perform any other duty reasonably connected with the position and business necessity.
