We are currently seeking a Restaurant Leader to join us at our newly launched venue, Delta Rue, situated on the fifth floor of Sofitel Sydney Wentworth , Delta Rue is a vibrant Vietnamese-French restaurant that blends the elegance of 1920s Hanoi with modern influences. Created by House Made Hospitality, the restaurant celebrates fresh, seasonal produce with a menu that expertly combines the bold flavours of Vietnamese and French cuisine. The dining room, seating 150 guests, spills onto a lush terrace accommodating an additional 60 diners.
Job Description
As a Restaurant Leader, you’ll take charge of the whole venue, making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll need the right drive and ambition to lead the team, while staying true to the values and high standards of House Made Hospitality and Sofitel. You’ll be the go-to person for both product and service delivery, working closely with the Head Chef and Bars Leader to grow yourself and the team around you.
Qualifications
· Experience in a similar role;
· Exceptional communication skills;
· A passion for delivering excellent customer service;
· Excellent organisational & time management skills;
· A driven & results-focused attitude;
· Sound food & beverage knowledge;
· Strong attention to detail;
· Familiarity with hospitality software programs; and
· Strong leadership, management & motivational skills.
