Job Description

Summary

Responsible for ensuring that guests are greeted promptly and provided with exceptional service. 

Responsibilities

·  Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and show them to the table.
·  Assist to take in and manage reservations via phone, walk-in, email & website. 
·  Respond to guest enquiries and communications.
·  Manage seating arrangements.
·  Ensure that dining area is clean and presentable at all times. 
·  Provide guests with menu recommendations & answer questions they may have.
·  Attend to any special requests or needs the guest may have.
·  Handle cash & card transactions accurately and efficiently.
·  Upsell special promotions and events to guests.

Qualifications

Your Experience and Skills include : 

·  Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
·  Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with colleagues & guests.
·  Excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating delightful moments for guests. 
·  Able to thrive in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
