Job Description

·  Oversee both front and back-of-house operations, including wait staff and kitchen crew.
·  Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
·  Develop strategies for improving our customers's dining experience.
·  Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
·  Maintain inventory of all needed supplies.
·  Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits.
·  Manage the work schedules of our restaurant's staff.
·  Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients.
·  Educating staff about potential food allergies and how to make customers aware of these ingredients. Interacting with guests to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service.

      Other Responsibilities

·  Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
·  Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management
·  The spirit, responsibility, and flexibility of duty shifts according to the Manager's assignment.
·  Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
·  Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management
·  Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships
 

Qualifications

High school education
Good oral proficiency in the English language
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar capacity
Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
