Job Description

This position is responsible for the day to day operations in the Restaurant & Bar and to develop and lead the guest experience. The Restaurant and Bar Manager will demonstrate passion and a strong knowledge of food and beverage, while maintaining the ambiance of the guest dining areas and empower the team to animate the food and beverage experience.

Qualifications

·  Excellent communication skills shown to staff, suppliers and guests
·  Managers license and LCQ
·  Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a food and beverage management role
·  Eligibility to work in New Zealand
