Job Description
YOUR JOB AND MISSION
Be part of the success story of one of the most stylish rooftop restaurants in Estonia!
You will be in charge of the daily operation of the Horisont bar and restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves with an extraordinary experience and a smile.
what you will be doing:
Smooth organization of restaurant and bar operations, ensuring high-level service;
Inspiring, developing, and training the team to achieve the best results together;
Administrative management of the restaurant – budget preparation, cost monitoring, conducting inventories, and other exciting background tasks.
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
You have at least 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry;
Fine Dining experience is a big plus – luxury and attention to detail are your forte;
You communicate confidently in both Estonian and English;
Hospitality is your passion, and you always aim to provide the best service;
You are flexible, energetic, and ready to shine on weekends and in the evenings.
