We are looking for a passionate multi skilled Reservation Team Member to support our Front Office Operations.
As a Reservations Team Member you will be responsible for recording and processing all reservation enquiries made by phone, fax or e-mail efficiently and accurately, maximising sales and room occupancy rates.
You will have a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises in order to maximise hotel sales. You will be responsible for arrival checks, preparing D+1 arrivals, allocating rooms etc. You will be responsible for charging and tracking the no-shows. You will be helping the work of Group and Conference Coordinator.
