Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Reservations Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest reservations through phone calls, emails, and online booking channels while providing excellent customer service and maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and process room reservations accurately and efficiently.
* Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms.
* Update, modify, and cancel reservations in the system when required.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
* Promote hotel services and upsell when possible.
* Monitor online travel agent (OTA) messages and booking requests.
* Maintain accurate reservation records and prepare daily reports.
* Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Good command of English (spoken and written).
* Strong sales and customer service skills.
