Job Description
As our next Reservations Agent, you will:
· Book room reservation requests & enter rooming lists
· Update accurate information on our systems
· Recommend property facilities while assisting guests with information and special requests
· Ensure revenue is maximised by up-selling & promoting our loyalty program
· Consistently offer friendly and engaging service while ensuring the best selection for the guest
Qualifications
· Strong administration skills
· High level of professional spoken and written English.
· Guest-focused personality
· Hotel experience is preferred but not required
· Experience in an administrative based role
