Ennismore is the management company of 16 unique hotel brands and manages all Ennismore hotels in the DACH region from its base in Hamburg – including the 25hours Hotels, The Hoxton and MAMA Shelter. The central room reservation looks after a total of 14 hotels in the cities of Hamburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Zurich, Vienna, Cologne and Düsseldorf.

The 25hours Hotels are extraordinary, individual hotels that inspire an urban, style-conscious audience with surprisingly uncomplicated hospitality.

The Hoxton, a series of open-house hotels, draws inspiration from the diversity and originality of the surrounding neighborhoods.

Job Description

How does your working day look like ...

·  With your organizational skills, you process individual reservations and ensure that every request is handled smoothly.
·  With your professional and solution-oriented manner, you always find the right words to process feedback and requests from guests.
·  Even when the phone is ringing and emails are coming in at the same time, you stay on top of things and work efficiently.
·  Your charming nature not only delights guests, but you also love to use your sales skills in a targeted manner and score points successfully.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

·  You have already gained valuable experience in the hotel or hospitality industry and feel at home in the world of hospitality and service.
·  You speak German and English fluently – communication is your strength.
·  You love being a salesperson and a host at the same time, inspiring every guest.
·  Attention to detail and high quality standards are a matter of course for you.
·  In addition to your skills, you bring your unique character and charm to the table.
