Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservation Supervisor to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As a Reservation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our reservation department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing revenue through efficient booking processes.
· Oversee and manage the daily operations of the reservation department
· Train, mentor, and supervise reservation agents to maintain high service standards
· Implement and monitor reservation policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
· Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to optimize revenue and pricing strategies
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
· Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly
· Generate and analyze reports on reservation performance and key metrics
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
· Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality regulations and standards
· Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall hotel operations
Qualifications
· Proven experience in hotel reservations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
· In-depth understanding of hotel operations and reservation management systems
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
· Proficient in data analysis and report generation
· Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
· Customer-centric approach with a commitment to guest satisfaction
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management software
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
· Multilingual skills are a plus, with fluency in English required
· Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
