Job Description
· Attends regular training sessions in line with the departmental P&P i.e. guest care, product knowledge, grooming standards, up-selling, etc.
· Works as per instructions from the immediate Supervisor and as per duty shifts i.e. basic cleaning work, polishing equipment, collects materials / goods from other departments, etc.
· Communicates directly with guests i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.
· Ensures proper appearance (condition of uniforms) and grooming whilst on duty.
· Provide a welcoming, engaging and friendly environment to all customers and engage with new and regular customers
· Maintains a professional / friendly, yet discreet relationship with the outlet patrons to ensure their well-being.
· Makes himself / herself familiar with all menus, promotions, and other relevant issues concerning the outlet (product knowledge)
· Learn and stay current on all menu items, ingredients, brewing and preparation methods and specialty/new items
· Assist guests with equipment rentals and provide instruction on proper use
· Monitor recreational areas to ensure safety and enforce rules and regulations
· Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
· Assist with the setup and breakdown of recreational equipment and areas
· Maintain cleanliness of recreational areas and equipment
· Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
· Upholding high hygiene standard.
· Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
· To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
· Hotel working experience more than 1 year
· Have skills in swimming and rescuing victims of water disasters
· Passing a training course on helping victims of water disasters will receive special consideration.
