Our Front Office Receptionists are the face of the hotel and often the first person the guests meet - so first impressions are paramount.
As a receptionist you welcome our guests! You will want to ensure that our guests feel that they are looked after well. Your duties will also include ; cash handling, reservations, phone enquiries, face to face enquiries with guests, checking in and checking out guests.
To have the confidence to deal with people on all levels is a priority,
Ideally the successful candidate would have some computer skills, but training will be given to successfully use our Opera and other systems. The job will be shift based.
Uniform and meals on duty are supplied.
