Job description

Key tasks

The ideal candidate must have had previous experience in a similar position within the hotel industry. Must have a passion for service and welcome offer to the guest - making the guest feel welcome and be able to go the extra mile for guest as needed
Be IT literate and ideally have had experience in using OPERA or similar system
Have an ability to sell, promote and market the newly refurbished hotel and bedrooms, increasing the occupancy and the ADR, be a strong team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to the hotel and the guest. The successful applicant will be required to ensure that the daily business is balanced and the arrivals / departures are managed.
