· Welcome guests, check-in and check-out, establish invoicing and collection while guaranteeing exceptional service
· Offer a personalized experience for the client
· Promote the facilities of the establishment, improve the stay of customers by offering services
Work Experience
· Essential quality of service: a similar experience is a plus
· Mastery of FOLS software or equivalent
· Fluency in English and French; the practice of other languages is a plus (Dutch and German)
