Job Description

Responsibilities:

·  Maintain accurate records of company property and conduct regular inventory checks
·  Manage acquisition, distribution, and disposal of company assets
·  Implement and maintain an efficient asset tracking system
·  Coordinate with departments to ensure proper use and maintenance of assets
·  Prepare periodic reports on property status, utilization, and depreciation
·  Assist in budget preparation for property acquisition and maintenance
·  Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
·  A years of experience in property management or related field
·  Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
·  Strong record-keeping, asset tracking, and organizational skills
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
·  Understanding of property laws and regulations in the Philippines
·  Familiarity with local property management practices in Lapu-Lapu City
·  Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to asset management
