Job Description

As a Porter / Concierge, no two days are the same. You will assist our guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience, and everything in between - luggage assistance, valet parking and responding to guest requests - whilst at the same time, creating stories that stay.

·  Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time
·  Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously
·  Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne with visitors to our city
·  Be the "face" of our hotel
·  Welcome our guests and make them feel special
·  Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests
·  Valet parking of cars 
·  General Porter duties as required

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

·  An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude
·  Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
·  Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
·  Excellent attention to detail
·  Hold full drivers license essential 
·  The ability to work across a 7 day roster - evenings, mornings and weekends
