Job Description

 

Our Concierge team is responsible for providing first impressions to our guests.

As a Porter, your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

·  Welcoming guests.
·  Carrying luggage.
·  Valet parking guest vehicles.
·  Explaining hotel facilities.
·  Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance.
·  Providing tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations.
·  Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program.
·  Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts.

You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus (but not limited to):

·  Ability to lift sometimes heavy luggage.
·  Ability to work as part of a team but also independently.
·  Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous.
·  Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
·  Responsible Service of Alcohol and
·  C Class Driver’s Licence (Manual).
