Job Description

·  Welcome all guests and visitors with charismatic warmth, creating an atmosphere woven around real conviviality.
·  Being present and visible in the lobby, to be easily identifiable by guests as the person to whom they should go to.
·  You will assist with the transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property.

Qualifications

·  Ability to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays and morning and night shifts.
·  Passion for providing unparalleled levels of service
·  Exceptional grooming and articulate in communication
·  Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
·  Physically fit and able to lift at least 30kg
