We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic people-person to join our team as a Full-Time Porter . located in the heart of Sydney’s vibrant Darling Harbour, Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour is one of the city’s premier hotels. This role offers hands-on experience across all areas of Front Office , making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Description

·  Greet all guests as they arrive and depart the hotel.
·  Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage, mail, messages and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.
·  Escort guests to their room, placing luggage in room.
·  Ensure the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage.
·  Be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience working in a hotel or serviced apartments environment preferred.
·  Good levels of written and spoken English.
·  Sound knowledge of the local area.
·  Ability to work a variety of shifts.
·  Strong focus and passion for hotel operations
