Job Description

·  Performance and cleaning of all system concerning sewage, storm water, grease traps
·  Repair and control of domestic water tank and system.
·  Performance of all sanitary fixtures in wash basins, bidets, and bath tubs, toilets, and all associated fittings of the hotel.
·  Carries work on maintenance request order from all departments.
·  Carryout daily checks for systems like Swimming pool, Dosing systems, Water level Tanks, pumps /submersible pumps, Filtration systems etc.
·  Control on temperature and flow of water in all system of the hotel and schedules for cleaning repair and change.
·  Cooperate with other Engineering team members in detention of failures in plumbing systems and function set up.
·  Schedule and control shutoff valves of circuits in case of emergencies.

Qualifications

·  2 year Certificate in Plumbing.
·  3 years of experience in a similar field, hotel experience preferred.
·  Practical and theoretical skills in cold-storage, air-conditioning and electricity
·  Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
·  Experience in the field is a strong asset
