Job Description
Responsible in organizing the outlet’s roster when assigned the task to do so by his/her superior
Responsible for any other miscellaneous paper work requirement assigned by his/her superiors
Accomplishes requisition for food and operating supplies for his/ her section Checks storeroom requisitions before seeking final approval from Sous Chef
Prepare daily inventory for food supplies for his/ her section.
Ensures sufficient mise en place is available and ensure operation is running smoothly at all times
Assists Sous Chef in effectively and efficiently running the working area; ensures smooth operation
Check quality standard of each plate & buffet platter before dispatching from his/her section.
Maintains personal grooming and hygiene of his/ her Ambassador during a shift.
Has knowledge of all preparation concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and presentation in his area of responsibility
Responsible for proper utilization of energy, fuel, water, gas and other supplies in relation to operation.
Qualifications
At least 2 years same position international hotel experience
Can work under the strong pressure
Open mind ,Cheerful and enthusiastic, good communication skills, good team spirit.
