Job Description
Fairmont El San Juan Pantry Cook is responsible for maintaining and setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, seasoning and all other food items prepared in the different kitchen stations. Assist cooks in the preparation of all items for the food and beverage outlets and banquets.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION
· High school diploma required or equivalent preferred
· Culinary or apprenticeship program preferred
· Ability to speak English and Spanish
EXPERIENCE
· Basic cooking knowledge
· Cooking experience preferred
· Some hospitality experience preferred.
