Key tasks

Professional techniques / Production
 Carries out occasional repair work as required,
 Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations,
 Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager,
 Follows the preventive maintenance programme,
 Applies water hygiene procedures,
PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) in bedrooms

You paint the inside and/or outside of buildings. You may also have other tasks such as: Wallpapering, Installing internal or external woodwork for insulation, Cutting and fitting window panes… You will work alone or in a team depending on the volume of work and you work within the deadlines indicated.
