Job Description

·  Leads and supervises the team in all aspects of the department and ensures service standards are followed.
·  Handles guest’s concerns and offers professional, friendly and engaging service.
·  Implements outlet policies, procedures and service standards and follows all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

Qualifications

·  Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
·  Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
·  Service-oriented, high guest service skills, strong leadership skills and ability to motivate colleagues to excellence. 
·  Strong working knowledge of restaurant operations, Micros and MS Office applications.
