Job description

Key tasks

• Manages overall operation of Snaps and ensures guest satisfaction at all times
• Attends and conducts daily briefings
• Trains and monitors performance of staff
• Responsible for the scheduling and rotation of outlet staff to provide full coverage, maximize productivity and efficient service
• Ensures products and services complies with Accor Standards
• Ensures adherence to HACCP and FSMS standards

Essential and optional requirements

• At least two (2) years experience as Restaurant Manager in a similar capacity
• Effective communication, guest relation and leadership skills
• Knowledgeable in managing a restaurant operating for 24 hours
• Keen attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure
• Amenable to work extended hours
