Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our Food & Beverage team in Mumbai, India. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue
· Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
· Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus based on customer preferences and market trends
· Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
· Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
· Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a proven track record of success
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
· Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
· Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems
· Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and financial reporting
· Knowledge of food safety regulations and certification in Food Safety
· Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Familiarity with current food and beverage industry trends
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Experience in menu planning, pricing, and inventory management
