Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead the daily operations of our established Sel d'Ipanema Beach Club while supporting the F&B Manager in the pre-opening development of the F&B division at Sofitel Ipanema .

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in an upscale hospitality environment.

·  Manage the day-to-day operations of Sel d'Ipanema Beach Club;
·  Ensure service excellence aligned with brand standards and guest expectations;
·  Monitor and control Food & Beverage costs, labor costs, and daily revenue performance;
·  Drive revenue growth through upselling, team training, and operational efficiency;
·  Supervise reservation flow and optimize seating capacity;
·  Maintain strict inventory control and support purchasing processes;
·  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations;
·  Monitor guest satisfaction scores and online reputation;
·  Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally;
·  Support the F&B Manager in pre-opening activities for the hotel’s outlets;
·  Assist with SOP implementation, onboarding and team training;
·  Participate in soft opening preparation and execution.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field;
·  Proven experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in upscale or luxury hospitality;
·  Strong understanding of P&L and cost control principles;
·  Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams;
·  Commercial mindset with focus on revenue optimization;
·  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
·  Fluency in English and Portuguese;
·  Ability to perform in high-volume, fast-paced environments;
·  Pre-opening experience is a plus.
