Job Description

Summary

As Outlet Manager, you will liaise between multiple departments to ensure the success of every group function and model exceptional service and leadership skills among your team.

Responsibilities

·  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
·  Lead and manage the Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.
·  Address guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
·  Train supervisors and colleagues as needed.
·  Balance operational, administrative, and colleagues' needs.
·  Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
·  Work closely with the culinary and stewarding teams to ensure all banquet and meeting requirements are in place.
·  Manage the outlet budget.
·  Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
·  Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
·  Other duties as assigned by the F&B department management.

Qualifications

·  Previous leadership experience in food and beverage is required.
·  Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications is required.
·  A university or college degree in a related discipline is preferred.
·  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
·  Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
·  Highly responsible and reliable.
·  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
·  Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
·  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
·  Native Arabic speaker.
·  Must be proficient in at least one of the English, Italian, or Turkish languages.
·  Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or like experience in high-volume hotel business.
