Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Order Taker to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Order Taker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by efficiently managing food and beverage orders with precision and care.

·  Handle incoming food and beverage orders from guests promptly and accurately
·  Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure proper order fulfillment
·  Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions to guests
·  Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions
·  Maintain a clean and organized workspace
·  Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
·  Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
·  Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
·  Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
·  Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality

Qualifications

·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
·  Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
·  Proven track record of working well under pressure and maintaining a calm demeanor
·  Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
·  Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
·  Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
·  Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
·  Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
·  Knowledge of food and beverage industry practices is preferred
·  Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset
·  Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
