Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 

·  The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating management activities of the operations in conjunction with the General Manager.
·  Contribute effectively to guest experiences, manage all guest responses, organize guest meet ups, work with line team members to develop guest experiences, make operations smoother and easier.
·  Conduct regular operations meeting with all HODs to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets and guest feedback.
·  Work closely with Sales & Marketing and Revenue teams to enhance and optimize the over all performance of the hotel.
·  Manage and optimize hotel budgets, controlling expenses and maximizing revenue.
·  Be responsible for all the day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the hotel.  
·  Drive brand audits and Guest satisfaction as a key deliverable with an emphasis on generating innovative ways to continually improve results.
·  Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all Departments.
·  Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
·  Ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health and Safety of yourself, other employees, guests and any other persons on the Hotel premises.
·  Execute related ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

·  Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Management/MBA in Hospitality Management.
·  Must have prior experience in a management role.
·  Experience in profit and loss responsibility
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
