Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our healthcare team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a vital member of our medical staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of our community.

·  Assess patients' health conditions and develop appropriate care plans
·  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
·  Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes
·  Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
·  Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
·  Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
·  Assist with medical procedures and examinations as needed
·  Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
·  Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Nursing
·  Valid nursing licence
·  Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience
·  Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in patient care
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
·  Proficiency in medical record-keeping and basic computer skills
·  BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
·  In-depth understanding of infection control practices and patient care protocols
·  Familiarity with various medical equipment and their proper usage
·  Ability to speak Vietnamese is preferred
·  Compassionate and patient-centred approach to healthcare
·  Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
·  Adaptability and willingness to work in a diverse cultural setting
