As a Night Receptionist at The Mozart Prague, you will ensure that our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include

·  Greeting and checking in guests efficiently and professionally during night hours.
·  Managing reservations and providing information about room availability, rates, and amenities.
·  Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
·  Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
·  Conducting night audits and preparing reports for management.
·  Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks

Kvalifikace

·  Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Proficiency in Czech and English; knowledge of additional languages ​​is a plus.
·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
·  Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
·  A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service.
·  Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
