Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Night Manager provides, engages, sincere, personalized service is one of the ways our Front Office Colleagues are turning moments into memories for our guests at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. Show case your interpersonal strengths as Night Manager, where you will lead, train and recognize the overnight team in support of exceptional guest service.

 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

EDUCATION & SKILLS

·  Previous experience in Night Audit/Front Office at a supervisory level
·  Strong knowledge of computer systems including Excel and PMS systems
·  Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset
·  Knowledge of safety procedures and First Aid certification an asset
·  Fluent in a Spanish /English language an asset
·  Excellent interpersonal communication and guest service skills
·  Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining
